Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently asked questions
What should I expect during my first massage session?
Your first visit is all about comfort and care. We will talk briefly about any tension, pain, or preferences you have before starting. You will then relax on the massage table while we use gentle, professional techniques to help your body unwind and feel at ease.
Do you offer massages for specific pain areas like the neck or lower back?
Yes, absolutely. We focus on the areas that need the most attention, whether it’s your neck, shoulders, or lower back. Each massage can be customized to target pain, stiffness, or tension where you need it most.
How soon can I book another session after my massage?
It depends on how your body feels. Some clients like to come weekly, while others book every few weeks to maintain relaxation and flexibility. You can schedule your next visit anytime through our easy online booking process.
What’s the difference between a Balinese and a deep tissue massage?
A Balinese massage is more about relaxation and flow and uses long, smooth movements to calm the body. Deep tissue massage, on the other hand, focuses on the deeper layers of muscles to release tight knots and ease chronic pain or tension. Though both can work wonders, the right one depends on your current needs and what your body truly demands.
Can I ask for lighter or stronger pressure during the massage?
Of course. Everyone’s comfort level is different, and our therapist, Murni, will adjust the pressure anytime you ask. You can let us know before or during the session. We always do our best to make you feel completely comfortable.
Do you include cupping in your massages?
Yes, cupping is available for free if you’d like it added to your session. It is a gentle suction technique that helps with muscle recovery and improves circulation. Just let us know before your massage begins.
Do you offer sensual or erotic massages?
No, we do not offer sensual, erotic, or any sexual services. All massages at our clinic are professional, therapeutic, and focused on relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Your comfort, safety, and health are our top priority.
Do you use any oils or lotions during the massage?
Yes, we use high-quality, skin-friendly oils to enhance relaxation, reduce friction, and nourish your skin. You can let us know if you have any sensitivities or prefer unscented options.
Is it normal to feel sore after a deep tissue massage?
Yes, mild soreness can happen, especially if muscles are tight. It usually lasts a day or two and is part of the process of releasing tension and promoting healing. So do not worry about that at all.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. This allows us to offer the spot to someone else. Late cancellations may be charged for the missed session, so giving notice helps everyone.
